Thread trouble

Foto-2011Hm. That reflective thread really isn’t very easy to do embroidery with. This is an attempt for a Doctor Who phone both that I’ve crocheted. The plan was to make the windows in reflective thread, so the receiver can hang it from their bag and be seen in the dark. But as you can see its all messy. The thread is coarse and gets stuck in the yarn. I’ll head into town to see if I can find either thinner thread, or thread mixed with yarn.

  1. Ja, inget material är det andra likt, egenskapmässigt! Det ger ju en extra dimension till skapandet, på gott och ibland på ont. Hoppas du hittar rätt i reflextrådsträsket (om det nu finns ett sådant??)
